The Mi-Go Language of Lights

  If ultraviolet was existent in the Language of Lights, assuming ultraviolet rays likewise were carcinogenic for the species communicating in the language, shades of ultraviolet could be equivalent to cuss words, as one spews ultraviolet rays at provocative fish-people in response to fish-people gnashing their own crooked ticket-writing maws at the mere questioning of their "authority." 

  The Mi-Go Language of Lights is Yuggothic since the Mi-Go are based on Yuggoth (Pluto), and Yuggothic is said to be based on lights and colors. Light-Based Languages have superior evolutionary advantages over Sound-Based Languages. The Mi-Go are said to be blind, which demonstrates further how advantageous a Language of Lights can be versus a Language of Sounds that imposes limits on communication for Deaf Humans. All Mi-Go are Blind, only some humans are Deaf, and yet Mi-Go naturally rely on a Language of Lights to communicate. If all humans were Deaf, they would have no Language of Sounds and would rely on a more "visual" language.
